Otello



The opera Otello(Othello) was composed by Giuseppe Verdi to a libretto by Arrigo Bo´to based on Othello by William Shakespeare. It was first performed at Teatro alla Scala in Milan (Italy) on 1887-02-05 and published by Ricordi. The opera is set in Cyprus.
