Opinion
- This issue is determined by term-scope-def. If scope is "all subjects" then the unconstrained scope must be the empty set, while if it is "any subjects" it must be the universal set. If we choose to leave scope undefined this issue will require some thinking. - Scope: Lars Marius Garshol
