Description
- Should base name items be merged, so that assertions made about one base name will also apply to all other base names that have the same identity? (This also applies to occurrences.)
Opinion
- how do names have identity? Through being reified by a topic? Through having the same literal value? This is bad jazz and i think we want to avoid it. - Scope: Graham Moore
Resolution
- It was resolved that this was a non-issue.
