- I've been very fond of Sibelius' Kullervo Symphony for a long time, so I was curious about this opera by Sallinen. I can't say I enjoyed it all that much, which is probably not all that surprising given that it is much more modern, but I would be willing to give it a second chance. I don't think I went alone, but I have no idea who else was there. It could have been Thomas or Holger from STEP, or it could have been any one of a number of people from the DXDOC team. If anyone of you read this, please prompt my memory.
